IIS MMC is not getting Opened - Inetserver

If you can't work out what damage the virus did, I suggest you reinstall the
operating system.

Otherwise, I suggest you tell us:
a) what virus it was
b) what errors you are getting attempting to open the MMC
c) do you get the errors trying to open other MMC consoles?
d) what operating system/service pack you have
