I am currently having problems with IIS server with connections
I keep receiving the following error :
HTTP 403.9 - Access Forbidden: Too Many Users Are Connected
However there are not many connections to the server. To my
understanding after 15 minutes IIS should drop the connection,
but it's not
I have searched far and wide but I can't seem to find anything
that will solve my problem.
Windows 2k Professional <yes, i know it is limited to 10 connections>
I appreciate any help with my problem.

Re: HTTP 403.9 - Access Forbidden: Too Many Users Are Connected
Hi Ricardo,
Remember that IE (by default) opens 2 connections to the web server (each
picture, etc needs to come over a connection) and Mozilla/Netscape opens as
many as it needs, so this could quickly use your 10 connections

Re: HTTP 403.9 - Access Forbidden: Too Many Users Are Connected
This might be caused by a limit set on number of connections on the IIS web site. CLick on your web site and pick properties. On the Web Site
tab, look at the connections box. Every http connection seems to use about 4 of these.
