delivering problems to hotmail - Inetserver
This is a discussion on delivering problems to hotmail - Inetserver ; I can't send any mail to hotmail y have check almost everithing including
PTR-EHLO-A check
I have 2 ISA enterprise with the public ips 190.144.152.164 and
190.144.152.166
my spf is
v=spf1 ip4:190.144.152.164 ip4:190.144.152.166 a mx:mail2.miplanilla.net
mx:mail.miplanilla.net ~all
and i'm trying ...

and i'm trying to send mail from a w2003 with .net 2.0 sp1
The iis logs shows everithing ok

Although I can't check your HELO unless you send an SMTP msg, I agree
that you have your PTR and A in order. And your SPF record permits
sending from those two boxes as well. You're not on any public BLs.
When you say the logs "show everything ok", though, I have to wonder
what you mean; obvs. there must be an aberrant QUIT in sessions to
Hotmail. Have you done a real packet trace (note IIS SMTP logs will
show network errors)?
