Website does not run the java script

I created a website on IIS 6. Every page works except the menu which
has java script.

IIS does not do anything with javascript, it just serves the code to the
client.

Does this menu consist of a separate javascript file or is the code included
in the page? Does it use a specific file? Is every file related to the menu
served, or does it have an extension that is not served by default? Please
check the IIS log file and report back the status code, substatus code and
scwin32 status code for related files.
