Load balancing issue -- Cisco 11000 series content switch

This is a discussion on Load balancing issue -- Cisco 11000 series content switch within the Inetserver forums in Microsoft Tools category; It seems to be overloading one of our five web servers with connections. I've limited IIS on that server to handling 350 connections, but, naturally it returns 'Service Unavailable to the 351st Connection.' How can I deal with this? The server had had an issue with one of it's onboard NIC's: it would repeatedly disconnect from the network. We swapped the mobo and now it's doing this. It's a HP DL360 G5....
