| How do you guys handle multiple SSL sites in IIS? I also have ISA Server 2004 to go through... do you set up each site on a different port on a single IP then have ISA do the pointing to the sites? this is multiple SSL sites on the same domain... like sslsite1.mydomain.com, sslsite2.mydomain.com... thanks! |

If you can get a wildcard certificate for *.mydomain.com then you should be able to use the same port and IP for each site, just set up the appropriate host header for each site. However, ISA is going to make this more complex and it's not something I've had to do myself (I've tinkered with reverse SSL proxies only when migrating sites as a temporary stopgap for any connections made to the old host in order to avoid having the browser pop up a security warning). -- Dan |
