testing cvs with Eclipse
Hi
I am not java developer. I have been asked to install CVS and test it so
developers can use it.
I have 2 Eclipse clients (winxp) and the CVS server is install on Linux box
and all these machine in the same LAN.
I install cvs on linux machine and initialized and it started. I configured
Eclipse (Windows-->show view-->other-->CVS Repository. .then i went to the
bottom of the Eclipse and right click-->new (Repository location), I entered
the cvs Linux server ip address and I chose extssh. The connection is
succeed and established.
How can I test CVS? how can I check in/out files or projects.. just for
testing purpose. I would appreciate any help to get me started with this
issue. Thanks

Right click on a file or a folder, choose Team..., Add to version control...
