Java Licensing software? - Java

I'm studying it now... I need to solve this problem in my job. I have
no solid point yet, but I'm searching JVMTI. It looks pretty.
I found a link (http://www.chainkey.com/en/), but I didn't test. If
you test that, tell me what about.
