| I tried to uninstall an executable that was written in Labview 7.1 and I get an error message saying. "Error 1722. There is a problem with the windows installer package. A program run as part of the setup did not finish as expected..." How do I uninstall this executable. Any help is greatly appreciated. |

| Error 1722 is all over the forums, search the forums for "Error 1722". -SS |

| All of the posts that I found in the forums deal with run time engine or Labview itself. I haven't found anything that deals specifically with an executable that was written with Labview. |

| Hey Cstash, Can you tell us how have you been uninstalling the executable in detail? Are you trying to uninstall LabVIEW components as well? The reason why I am asking is because the error code relates to Error 1722 or 1721 When Uninstalling LabVIEW 7.1. | I try to uninstall it in the control panel and by reinstalling the executable. Either way it starts the process and then it gives me error 1722. |
