Does anybody heard of ISI Relational Lisp ?

According to Haskell vs. Ada vs. C++ vs. Awk vs. ...An Experiment in
Software Prototyping Productivity paper www.haskell.org/papers/NSWC/jfp.ps
Relational Lisp is a language developed at ISI, that is essentially
Lisp enhanced with notions of"relational abstraction:" a database-like
facility having a logic-programming feel.
