ProjectSeven.com

This is a discussion on ProjectSeven.com within the Macromedia Dreamweaver forums in Adobe Tools category; "Actually it was crystal clear" . Well I didnt understand it. From my latest reply I asked 3 questions and i'm not sure how they correspond with your answers, :S And Murray, maybe I myself wasn't clear, I understand that you can use the downloads on infinite sites but... can I take the downloaded content (which I will download onto my desktop computer) and COPY it over onto my laptop. OR. is there a way in which if you PAY for the download once. Your can download it MULTIPLE times. Thanks...

Use it any way you need to. There are no restrictions once you buy it other
than the obvious ones.

No, I responded to your original post that contained 6 separate questions. I
replied with 6 answers. See, crystal clear!

You download a zip file (which I always keep on a separate disk as
a backup). You install the DW extension and from there on, you have
the pack available in DW under the insert and modify menus. Unless
it's a page pack - then it's available under the File menu.

You can easily get answers to a lot of these questions to the people at
Project Seven, either through their forum, or by email, or by phone.

Default PHP / login - session systems - Not Re: ProjectSeven.com :-)))

Having read all the support for PVII - they don't do something which I
think would be really useful.

A php / MySQL login / session system to enable people to log into a
site - or part of a site - and is very secure ?

I know it is discussed here often - and I've read Dave Powers
excellent books that describe setting up a site.

Although I'm fairly happy working with some php - I and I know others
would really like an automated or semi automated system - like PVII's
menu system etc - that we can confidently use - knowing we can adapt
and maintain with the backing of a company such as PVII .

I know there are many many scripts if you Google them - but knowing
which is reliable, up to date and still supported is worrying.
