| I think the default format is gif. Is there way to set it to png as the print screen default format? |

[/q] On Windows, you can paste a screen capture into Windows Paint, save as .png, then insert the image into MS Word. (At least, the Vista version of Paint supports .png and I think the XP version does as well.) |

Print screen stores images in the Clipboard as bitmaps. Gif , png, etc. are file formats - nothing to do with the Clipboard -- Richard Mason http://www.emdpi.com |
