| Drag out a layer over the top of your image. In the Property Inspector > Filters > Shadow and Glow > Inner Glow. Set the Glow colour to black the Width to 20 the Softness to 30 and the Opacity to 100%. (It is impossible to give you accurate settings without knowing anything about the image so these may need altering but should give you a good idea of the process involved.) With both your layer and you image selected > Modify > Mask > Group as Mask. That should do it.
