| I had created an animated gif from a png at 336x280 but when I resized(Image Size..) to 300x250, the animated gif is 4 times the file size of the 336x280. I've tried every kind of save as and optimize that I know of, when I do 4 up, the only way I can get it smaller than 50k is if its not animated. If I do an animated gif with only 2 colors, its still over 100k. The 336x280 is 30k with 256 colors. Anybody seen this or know a fix? I really dont want to have to start from scratch for each file! Thanks! |

| I finally got it to work correctly. Looks like there is a bug in Fireworks. I just had to restart FW several times and eventually export from the 4-up screen. |
