| I don't know what is going on. I downloaded CS4 Beta. When I try to install it, it also tells me the program was not installed because a component couldn't be installed. But then I try and go to completely uninstall it in the Add/Remove programs, and I get an 'Internet Explorer Script Error' Line 169 Char 5 Error "null" is null or not an object Code 0 So now I can't even uninstall what has been installed. How do I fix this? Thanks |

| Hi, Did you try running the CS4 clean up script? It's a utility to uninstall ALL CS4 programs. This way you can make a clean reinstall. Here's the link to the CS4 cleanscript http://kb.adobe.com/selfservice/view...6241&sliceId=1 Please note that there is a hidden option 4 in it which will nuke all the Adobe applications from your system so go through the steps carefully and use this clean up script. --Arun |
