Importing AI to Flash - Macromedia Flash

Hello. I do all my design work in Illustrator, and some of it is getting
beyond the basic interface style designs. I'm running into issues importing
the designs into Flash, they end up very pixelated. I've hunted the net, and
tried every technique I can find, but it's always the same.

This is an original vector work:
