| can anyone recommend which settings i should use for the attributes below for a 20 minute video for the web (just individual people talking, no complex animation or graphics) that has a width of 379 pixels and a height of 284 pixels? i am looking for the best quality possible for a streaming web video that will not take long to load over standard home dsl lines. - for video codec should i use sorenson spark or on2 vp6? - what should the max data rate be for kilobits per second? any advice or pointers would be appreciated! |

| I have tried sorenson spark, it did it's job. As far as I remember there were 3 quality settings, the low and medium seem to be most appropriate. Testing will give you the best option for your individual case. |
