AD Cleanup Wizard question

I have an AD domain with the migrated accounts (via ADMT) and now the
disabled accounts that were created by my ADC. I started the AD Cleanup
Wizard to take a peek at how it worked and it didn't recognize any accounts
that needed to be merged. Is this normal? Anyway, I went ahead and did the
selecting of accounts myself and it asks for the source and target. Which
is which? Is the disabled account the source or the target?

The documentation on the Exchange 2000 CD doesn't cover this and I can't
find a definitive answer at MicroSoft's website :-(
