I have 2 AD domains,my Exchange server is sitting in a different domain then
my Accounts domain and working fine.
Now i am upgrading both the domains to Windows 2000,One will become the root
of the Domain forest and other will be its child.Exchange 5.5 will be in the
child domain.

Q1.
In case of ADC creation, Does anyone knows any known issues with Exchange
being in the different domain then the main domain causing any issues ?

Q2.
Does Exchange has to be in the same domain for ADC to work ?

Q3.
DO we really need ADC, if ADC is not installed will it affect any
functionality?
All suggestions are welcome.
