Active Directory/Exchange Replication : Microsoft Exchange

The email account is not being created. All of my other sub domains are working fine. Any ideas? TDN...

| thanks I noticed in the event viewer that there is a MSExchangeAL 8231 error. Would this be causing my issue? I checked the Receipients container properties and everything seems to be in order.
