cached mode and offline address book
It is my understanding that when using outlook in cached mode with exchange
2003, the address book used is the offline address book, also I believe that
outlook checks and updates the offline address book every 24 hours. This to
me would mean that when I rename an account on exchange each of my cached
mode clients would not see the change for 24 hours?????
Thank you for any confirmation or clearification about this.

Re: cached mode and offline address book
Hi,
to manually refresh OAB on exchange server choose rebuild option on Default
offline address list in ESM
you can manually download OAB in Outlook > Tools/Send-Receive/Download
address book
