Monitor External Domain - Microsoft Exchange

You will want to enable Message Tracking on the server so that you can
track messages. Then you can use the Message Tracking Centre in
Exchange to see who is sending to whom.

Another option to do this automatically would be to use Selective
Journaling from www.ivasfot.biz.

I want to Monitor "real time" like via Queue.
