  2. Default Re: SPF Policy email error

    - Non-existent sender domain
    - Sender not permitted (quite likely caused by SPF record not setup or
    updated correctly)
    - Malformed domain
    - No PRA found in header

    Hi,

Be more specific. Is the addressee email domain missing SPF record, or is
mine SPF record not setup correctly????

I have about 10 clients I can get emails to beacause of these erros. If I
send them via aol.com it works fine. These clients addresses say it is my
problem as it works vial aol.com.

    I.e., HOW DOW FIX THIS???????

  4. Default Re: SPF Policy email error

If the recipient mail server returns this to you, it's your domain's SPF
record that the remote server is checking.
You can send an email to check-auth@verifier.port25.com - it replies back
with details of your SPF record (and DomainKeys as well, if you're using
    it... ).
Microsoft has a SPF record wizard at:
    http://www.microsoft.com/mscorp/safe...nderid/wizard/
