How to apply Recipient Policies
There undoubted is a simple answer to this question, but I haven't discovered
it.
I created a Mailbox Manager Setting to generate a report (presumably to the
user), that will advise them if there Sent Items is over 30 days old or 1MB
in size.
I don't see this policy being implimented. How do I link it to my Mailbox
Store (or wherever it is linked)?
(Exchange 2003)
Thanks!

RE: How to apply Recipient Policies
Hi Bob,
Thanks for posting here!
According to your description, I understand that a recipient policy of
mailbox manager did not work.
Technically speaking, only one recipient policy of mailbox manager can be
applied to each user. If you have more than one recipient policy applied to
a user, the policy which has the highest priority will be applied. Also
please make sure after you create the mailbox manager policy, stop and
Restart Exchange Information Service.
More info regarding how to use mailbox manager policy, pleas refer to
following article:
319188 How to use recipient policies to control mailboxes in Exchange 2000
and
http://support.microsoft.com/?id=319188
Hope this helps, if you need more help, please do not hesitate to let me
know.
Have a nice day!
Best Regards,
Chace Zhang (MSFT)
