Not receiving Mail from one Domain - Exchange 2003

  1. Default Not receiving Mail from one Domain - Exchange 2003

    Hi,

We have Exchange 2003. Approximately two months ago I stopped receiving mail
from our partner company. Nobody from that company can email me, but they
can successfully email other members of our company who use the same
Exchange Server. I have check OWA as well as Outlook client for the
    messages.
They are not in my junk folder or in our Spam Filter.

I have asked the partner company to send mail with a delivery receipt. I
don't get the message and they don't get the receipt. They also checked to
see that the mail is leaving their Server which it is.

I tried setting up an alias for my Mail account, but that had no affect.
They can send mail to me via a hotmail account that simply forwards all
messages to my business email account, but not using my usual email address
    or the new alias.

Also, we have groups setup of which I am a member. They can email that
group, and other members of the group receive email, but not I!

This is so frustrating! I am not an Exchange expert, so any help will be
    greatfully received.

    Brett

Does exchange message tracking show the mail being delivered to you from
    this partner?

No, Exchange tracking only shows the message leaving their server.

Any filtering device or service before your Exchange Server? This is only
for External mail, internal email to your account is working?

    John,

Yes, we use Policy Patrol Administration software. There are no filters or
anything in place that would stop those emails getting through. Also, my
colleagues can receive email from the senders, but I can't.

Try this, setup a Secondary STMP address such youremail2@domain.com on your
account and see if the mail goes through.
