Outlook 2003 and problems with delegated access to Outlook 2000 us - Microsoft Exchange

So you're saying that when UserA (delegate) sends a message from userB, it
appears to come directly from user B? If so, it means that userA has "send
as" rights set on userB's mailbox on the Exchange server itself - check the
permissions on userB's mailbox in ADUC.

I have one user who is unable to access their delegates tab in Outlook (2000 or 2003). They get the error "The Delegates page is not available. Unable to access Outlook folder."

Any ideas?
