My Dad recently had one of his postings to a newsgroup rejected (sent by
Outlook 2000). We sent the host an e-mail (via OE) a question as to why and
his response was "...your email header contains the phrase
"X-MS-Has-Attach:" which means it is enabled to send attachments. I've had
to crack down pretty tightly on this stuff since my list servers are getting
clobbered by viruses which shut them down. See if you can find a setting to
turn that off."

I have never heard of such a there?
