OWA deleting messages - Microsoft Exchange
This is a discussion on OWA deleting messages - Microsoft Exchange ; I have an OWA client whose messages are being deleted when they click either
the "Back" button of IE or the "Close" button of the message. The message is
opened and then when they are finished reading it, the message ...

OWA deleting messages
I have an OWA client whose messages are being deleted when they click either
the "Back" button of IE or the "Close" button of the message. The message is
opened and then when they are finished reading it, the message is deleted
automatically. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Are you sure it's deleted? Check the view settings on the inbox. Perhaps
it's set for unread messages, etc.
