Default exchange problem

I have a Enterprise edition of exchange 2000 server
running on a cluster. I have two nodes. NODE 1 & NODE 2
now my all exchange services are running on node 2, but i
get a event id 20 in my node 1

Source:WinMgmt Description: failed to CoGetClassObject
for provide"exchange Routing Table Provider" class not
registered.

I checked up with this error and found a solution from
MKBA:329320. but i want to take action given in it.

I like to confirm whether if i do that. when my node 2
fails will my node 1 will able to provide exchange support
after removing this entry as given in MKBA:329320. of
Enum Instances Namespace=Exchange.

and also If i want to recreate the same instance how to
do that? in case of problem.

Thanks
