OWA Forms Based Authentication

  1. Default OWA Forms Based Authentication

I have some users using WindowsXP and Windows 2000 IE 6+ that are having
    problems using OWA.

The problem is that when they go to URL
    https://webmail.poorman-douglas.com/exchange the form doesn't load
completely. The images are red X's and it never stops trying to load. If
they hit escape and then try to log in it works fine and they are able to
get into thier mailbox. Some of the users have no problems at all and it
    loads the form just fine.

Ive seen some references to this in older posts but no resolution.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    - Peter

    Hi,

When I try to go to that URL I too can't see the images.

One of the images it is trying to load is :

    https://webmail.poorman-douglas.com/...gon_IE_top.gif

I would check the permissions on the exchweb folder in IIS Administrator
and make sure that the anonymous account has the ability to access that
    virtual directory (exchweb).
