RPC-HTTP Exchange Server 2003 - Single Server Setup
I have a single server setup and am attempting to connect an Outlook 2003 Client to Exchange Server 2003 via http. The main annoyance is I had it working perfectly on a previous build but since changing the server is refuses to connect.
The server is 2003 server, exchange server 2003. It is also the DC, and performs DNS. - I have referred to the Microsoft article "RPC Over HTTP Deployment Scenarios" and have done everything I can rememer doing last time but no luck.
The outlook client connects perfectly using normal RPC connectivity, and OWA works great. As does POP3 etc. But when I select http in Outlook, It prompts for a password every time. When I enter it, the http connection fails and outlook then reverts to normal RPC.
I have installed the networking compnent required, and entered the ports into the registry mentioned in the above microsoft document.
PLEASE can anybody help me?
THanks

I have the same problem and also looked into every possible corner including
IIS settings and test but nothing works.
Let me know when this is solved for you.
