| Hello I have a number of messages that appear to be stuck in the MTS-IN queue and would like to know how to clear them out. Have tried to follow the instructions in KB 165505 but could not get it to work. I have Exchange 2003 with connector for Groupwise. -- Cheers Paul askingloads@yahoo.co.uk |

| From the Exchange System Manager do you see the messages in the Queue Viewer? If so, you should be able to right click and delete them: To locate Messaging Application Programming Interface (MAPI) system queues that are associated with connectors such as Microsoft Exchange Connector for GroupWise, Microsoft Exchange Connector for Lotus Notes, Microsoft Exchange Connector for Lotus cc:Mail, use the following path: Connectors/<Connector>/Queues/<Queue> Thanks, Fitz Crittle This posting is provided "AS IS" with no warranties, and confers no rights.
