From the Exchange System Manager do you see the messages in the Queue
Viewer? If so, you should be able to right click and delete them:

To locate Messaging Application Programming Interface (MAPI) system queues
that are associated with connectors such as Microsoft Exchange Connector for
GroupWise, Microsoft Exchange Connector for Lotus Notes, Microsoft Exchange
Connector for Lotus cc:Mail, use the following path:
Connectors/<Connector>/Queues/<Queue>

Thanks,
