| Hello, I've had owa working fine for quite some time now. Using Exchange 2000 on Windows 2000 server. All of a sudden it seems to stop working from outside. Using SSL, I get the security prompt, accept it and then just a "page cannot be displayed" message. Everything works fine from inside. From outside, I can get in with another browser like Mozilla firefox. Is this an authentication issue? Thanks, |

Have you tried using IE on another outside computer? |

| i've seen this problem before, if your internal users are having the same problem, check to see if the certificate has expired, if it hasen't restart your iis service and see what happends. Have verified nothing being blocked at firewall as well. We have a Linux box acting as a front end that sits on the DMZ but nothing has changed with this as well and the setup has worked flawlessly for about a half a year. The only thing I can think of is that shortly before this started happening, the exchange server went down because of a power outage. The UPS went dead as well, so the exchange server did not power down gracefully. However, everything still seems fine, all services start and OWA works just fine from the inside. Any idea's? We had someone else from the outside come and look at it and it has him stumped as well. I guess the thing that is so strange about it, is that other browsers work from the outside. I tried it from Mozilla Firefox, and also had another user try it from Netscape and they both worked. Thanks |

Mozilla firefox and Netscape work from the outside, but not IE. It has me stumped. Thanks |
