This is a discussion on Users last logon to mailbox - Microsoft Exchange ; Is there a way to report on the users last logon to mailbox that will
report only the users last logon, not the system/backup, etc?
We want to determine which mailbox's are not in use on a regular basis....

It's not a good plan to do this against the mailbox as valid users may
not go into their mailboxes very often but to log onto their account.
You won't be deleting mailboxes without the account as well so go to
the thing you will be looking at. There is a Recipie to help with
this:
