event id 7022-hung on starting - Microsoft Exchange

Natalie, did you try eseutil ? seems like you have a
corruption in your database , how about manually starting
the information store ?

If this does not work, first try contact microsoft, and if
that does not work, i think there won't be more left than
a disaster recovery.
Do you have a good backup of your database ?
