Outlook 2000 calendar - Scheduled meetings keep disappearing - Microsoft Exchange

Hi,

You are not performing backups or av scanning of the M drive right?

No I am not. It would appear that messages simply fall off the calendar. I
have not been able to create any type of pattern to troubleshoot this.

Are these old meetings etc going or distant ones into the future. AFAIK the
calendar only displays 3 months either way by default.

The meetings are current, as well as in the near future. I have the
free/busy sent to view the entire year.
