Removing additional MDBData directory

  1. Default Removing additional MDBData directory

Hello! I have recently taken over support for an exchange 2000 svr. It has
a directory exchsvr\mdbdataold as well as mdbdata. The files in Mdbdataold
have dates of 1 year ago. How can I remove these? I have had no luck moving
or deleting these and I do need to reclaim the 4 gb of drive space they are
    eating.
    Thanks in advance!
    Lance

Check in Exchange system manager to see where the databases and log paths
    are pointing to.

Thanks for the response. In the system manager, the databases are in MDBdata
and not MDBdataOld. I cant seem to remove them - any ideas?
    Thanks!

What happens when you try? And where are the "live" logs pointing to in ESM?
