Distribution Groups

When I set up a Distribution Group containing multiple email addresses, and
someone sends a message to the group, does anyone know why the recipient
sees in the To: field of the email the group name and not the individual
recipients in the group? If this is the default, does anyone know how to
change it so the To: files shows all recipients? Thanks!

The message was sent to the group and the recipients are members of
the group. So the recipient sees who the message was sent to, even if
that recipient isn't actually (to coin a phrase) a carbon based unit.
You can't change it so that if you send a message to a DG the
recipients see the members of the DG at the top of the message.
