upgrade exchange 2000 standard edition to exchange 2000 enterpriseedition - Microsoft Exchange

Insert the Exchange 2000 Enterprise CD, and it will give you the option to
reinstall, once it has finished make sure you reapply the latest Exchange
Service Pack.

I would recommend you take a backup before as well.
