    Hi

I have recently placed my first Exchange 2000 server into an existing
exchange 5.5 organisation (3 sites). I have joined the 2000 server into the
site called HQ alongside the 5.5 server than holds the Internet Mail
Connector and most of the public folders.

I have the ADC apparently running OK, and when viewing the advanced features
in Active Directory users and computers, and can see all of the public
folders that appear to of come from exchange 5.5 (they all look right)

However, I cannot see them in Outlook at all (I have moved my mailbox to the
new server) - all I can see is the "internet newsgroups" default folder. I am
the exchange administrator / domain administrator

In Exchange admin 5.5 I have set all the folders to replicate with the new
server also. however, in Exchange 2000 system manager, non of the folders
that I can see in AD are visible, only the default "internet newsgroups"

    What am I missing?

You should set up a PF ADC CA and replicate PFs to Exchange 2000 using the
    Exchange 5.5 Administrator.
Can you see them if you connect with Exchange 5.5 to the first Exchange 2000
server in your org that holds the SRS database.
