no incoming smtp mail, outgoing OK - Microsoft Exchange

This is a discussion on no incoming smtp mail, outgoing OK - Microsoft Exchange ; I can telnet to the mail server by name and send email OK. But mail sent by 3 differrent mail servers never arrives, no ndr's. No events logged in event viewer. strange fault....

    I can telnet to the mail server by name and send email
    OK. But mail sent by 3 differrent mail servers never

    Is it just these three servers that are affected or don't you get mail from
    any other servers? If it is the latter I'd check to see if MX-records for
    your domain are set up correctly in DNS pointing to your mailserver...

    THe 3 Servers are just examples of where we are send mail
    from all differents ISP's/Webhosts no mail is coming in
    from anywhere basicly.
