Unable to complete SMTP "handshake"

I have one client and one user who receive the following error when trying to connect to our server via SMTP. I have confirmed this through telnet from the client's email server. Sorry for the dual post, but I still have not received
any information on this.

I have one client and one user who receive the following
error when trying to connect to our server via SMTP. I
have confirmed this through telnet from the client's
email server. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Error after typing ehlo or helo:
550 5.2.1 Mail from <IP address> refused: spam site.

I am running Symantec mail security for exchange, but I
have removed all black list sites. I also checked both
IP addresses at black list sites and they were not
listed. Our client changed IP address due to a service
change in the middle of their problem, so I don't belive
that is the issue.

There several Anti Spam services, you could still be listed on one. Here's a
