| Hi there Looking for some pointers, examples or code snippets on how to bring up a remote Exchange 2003 cluster at a DR site by automation with VBScript/WMI scripts. In particular, our main concern is to deal with the scripting of these remote tasks, among others. 1. Recognise the replicated disks and set up disk resources for the cluster. 2. Configure IP addresses and set up network resources for the cluster. 3. Set up system attendant resources for the cluster. 4. Set up mail service resources for the cluster. Anyone? Cheers Sunny |

| This is not going to be possible in Exchange 2003. A part of the Standby Cluster creation process is the creation of the Exchange Virtual Server. The logic for creation of the Virtual Server in an Exchange 2003 cluster is built into the GUI. In cluster admin you right click the SA and create the virtual server. There's no way around it 2003. <snpsuen@yahoo.com.hk> wrote in message news:60b28b04-fddc-4d07-b813-b62837276c75@a32g2000prf.googlegroups.com... > Hi there > Looking for some pointers, examples or code snippets on how to bring > up a remote Exchange 2003 cluster at a DR site by automation with > VBScript/WMI scripts.
