404 error on OWA after patch/reboot

Users are getting 404 - File not found when attempting to use OWA. Everything
was fine until I patched & rebooted the Exchange Server yesterday. Here's a
list of updates I applied to our Exchange 2000 Enterprise Server w/ SP3
(running on Windows 2000 Advanced Server w/ SP4):
Windows 2000 Hotfix KB950759
Windows 2000 Hotfix KB951698
Cumulative Security Update for IE6 SP1
Windows 2000 Hotfix KB950760
Windows Malicious Software Removal Tool (KB890830)

Any assistance is greatly appreciated!

Found the issue.......we had cleaned up the URL scan logs to recover disk
space, and had accidentally deleted the urlscan.ini file. After restoring
this file, all is well.
