 Viewing everyones calendar We use Exchange 2003 and outlook 2000 and 2003. I want all my clients to view only everyones calendar. Some users report they cannot do this. Is there a setting I can make or check which will allow all users to view only each others calendars.  |

| Re: Viewing everyones calendar Hi, You can use pfdavadmin (you can download this tool from Microsoft) to set the desired permissions on all calendars.
