| We use Exchange 2003 and outlook 2000 and 2003. I want all my clients to view only everyones calendar. Some users report they cannot do this. Is there a setting I can make or check which will allow all users to view only each others calendars. |

| Hi, You can use pfdavadmin (you can download this tool from Microsoft) to set the desired permissions on all calendars. There is no setting on the exchange server that will do this.
