Default Permament password for Outlook RPCOverHttps

Hi

When a user running Outlook 2003/2007 connects to Exchange 2007 server
through RCP(HTTPs) - outside our company network, Outlook asks him for
username/password every time. Can this be saved, so that Outlook only asks
once and then remembers it?
Regards,Miha
