Is there any way to link individual user calendars into a company calendar. I am using Exchange 2003 SBS R2 with a mix of Outlook 2003 and 2007 users. My objective is to capture specific types of activities such as vacation and sales calls and eliminate appointments to the dry cleaners. At one time we had a way to do this but since our migration to a new server we lost our company calendar. Can anyone help?
