Where can I find historical quotes and statistics (NASDAQ)

Do you have any idea on where I can find historical data (say last 7 years)
for companies traded in NASDAQ, which includes:

1. Daily quotes (open, close, volume).
2. Market cap
3. Institutional holding %

etc. ?

Any lead will be appreciate.

Try Bigcharts Historical Quotes with respect to 1 and 2.

The Money 2007 Portfolio Manager provides similar information however the
manager takes too much time to load.
