This looks virus-esque. I didn't realize that MATTHEW RYAN was a representative for MICROSOFT SECURITY UPDATES. Maybe someone will run the file.

Well the format is undoubtedly that of a virus, the attachment is a 1 byte
zip file and thus entirely worthless even if you want a virus.

MS NEVER email patches for exactly this reason.
