| I recently changed my OS from Win98 to XP, and lost my Money 99 program. I don't have a Money 99 program disk. I had a Money 2001 program disk and loaded it. My 99 backup wont restore onto my Money 2001 program. The message tells me the 99 backup file is corrupt or is not a Money backup file. Any ideas on how to restore the 99 backup file? It has three years of info on it. |

| Forget the backup file - you need the, typically, MyMoney.mny file. Locate it and double click on it. That will fire up M2001. -- Regards Bob Peel, Microsoft MVP - Money For UK tips & fixes see http://support.microsoft.com/default...d=fh;EN-GB;mny. The helpful staff at Microsoft in India tells me that my file is corupt and that i should try exporting accounts individually. Right! Tell me if you get a solution. |
